What you ask us most
- How do I pay?
- By bank transfer or Bizum, after we confirm the amount. You do not pay on the site and you are never asked for a card.
- How long does delivery take?
- Between 2 and 5 working days once payment is confirmed. We pack the order straight away and send you a tracking number. In the middle of harvest it can take a little longer; if so, we tell you beforehand.
- Is it normal that it stings my throat?
- Yes, and it is a good sign. The pepperiness and bitterness come from picking the fruit green and belong to a young, well-made oil. An oil with no bite is usually older or made from riper fruit.
- How should I store it?
- In a cool cupboard, closed, away from light and from the hob. Light and heat are the only things that spoil good oil. It does not need refrigerating.
- Where do you ship to?
- Mainland Spain only. For now we do not deliver to the Balearic or Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, or outside Spain: shipping a liquid to those places gets complicated and we would rather not promise what we cannot deliver. If you live in one of them, write to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can do anything. You can also collect your order at the estate with no shipping cost.
- Can I order a single bottle?
- Yes. The minimum order is one 500 ml bottle. Bear in mind that shipping weighs the same for one bottle as for three, so from the second onwards it works out considerably better.
