Who processes your data

What we collect and why

We only collect the data you give us when placing an order or writing to us: name, email, phone, delivery address and any notes you add.

  • Purpose: to handle, confirm, charge and ship your order, and to answer your questions.
  • Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and your consent when you write to us for other reasons (Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • Retention: for as long as the commercial relationship lasts, and thereafter for the statutory invoice retention period (6 years).

Who else sees them

We do not sell or share your data. Only those we need in order to fulfil your order have access:

  • The courier, for delivery: MRW
  • Our email provider, where we receive and answer orders: Google Ireland Ltd. (Gmail)
  • The company hosting this website, whose server logs the IP address of visitors: IONOS, con servidores en la Unión Europea
  • The accountancy firm that handles our invoicing: Asesoría Alfonso Barragán
  • Our bank, in order to collect payment: Unicaja
  • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) if you choose to order through that channel, subject to its own terms.

The order form on this site does not send anything through a third-party service: pressing “send” opens your own email program with the order already written, and the message travels from your mailbox to ours.

International transfers

Our email provider belongs to a group headquartered in the United States, so some data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. The same applies to WhatsApp if you choose that channel. Our other providers process data within the European Union.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request its portability. Just write to senderolagloria@gmail.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
