Sales and shipping terms

How an order is placed

This site has no basket and no payment gateway. Sending the form or the WhatsApp message is a request to order, not a completed purchase. The order is formed when we confirm the total, the shipping cost and the timescale in writing, and you accept it.

Prices

Prices shown include applicable VAT and exclude shipping, which is itemised separately. The binding total is the one stated in our written confirmation.

Payment

We accept: Bank transfer · Bizum. Bank details are sent in the private order confirmation and are never published on the website. Orders are prepared once payment has been received.

Shipping

  • Mainland Spain: €5.90 — 2–4 working days
  • Balearic Islands: €9.90 — 3–6 working days
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: on request — on request
  • European Union: €19.90 — 4–8 working days

Timescales are indicative and start once payment is confirmed. During harvest they may be longer; we will let you know if that happens.

Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the order, with no need to give a reason, under Spanish consumer law. To do so, write to senderolagloria@gmail.com.

The product must be returned unopened and with its seal intact. For hygiene and food safety reasons we cannot accept opened bottles or tins. Return costs are borne by the buyer unless the product arrived faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect goods

If your order arrives broken or is not what you ordered, tell us as soon as you notice, ideally with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.

You may send any complaint to our email address. We will reply in writing.
